Managed design team in the creation of a cohesive seasonal collections for Nordstrom's; from prototypes to pre-production. Presenting collections at market week and one-on-one customer meetings to design exclusive product with buyers. Creating post-market CAD illustrations for custom orders while samples were being developed. Extensive experience traveling to China for design corrections & sourcing new suppliers.

2016-2017

Consulting Creative Director for the Ciao Bella footwear line, provided brand specific trend boards, material/color direction, & competitive market research. Developed all footwear sketches for the season as well as collection detailing for a cohesive market collection.

Designed a fashion forward line of footwear for the Fergie brand, focused on growing a core business as well as accelerating key trend items for the season. Analyzed the European market by competitive shopping, trend scouting, and attending relevant material trade shows for the upcoming season. Traveled to China for correcting prototypes and managing the pre-production fit process and quality control.

Partnered with Macy’s private label team to launch and grow the BarIII brand. Managed a team of designers to provide customized product and direction for private label brands at Kohls, JCPennys, and Target. Assured profitability through cost-conscious methods of design, development, and production by closely managing expenses into the budget parameters.

Sketched all design concepts for the line and presented them to the Creative Director as an organized branded statement. Specialized in creating custom hardware designs for the brand, inspired by Aigner’s equestrian heritage. Managed all seasonal creation and product entry into the PLM system.
